This makes a perfect climate for agriculture production such as coffee, oranges, mandarines, lemons, etc, and has an enormous potencial for new and unique BNB businesses.
What else you ask? The property holds 1 hectare (2.47 acres) of 5 years old orange trees which are collected every year, meaning constant fresh fruit in every season (Currently around 80,000 a year with possibility to grow).
Almost half an Hectare (1.23 acres) are full with various tropical trees such as guanábana, lemon, mango, medlar, carambola, tamarindo, mandarin, bananas, avocados, jocotes, cashew, cas and more!

Some areas of the house are yet to be finished, which can be done upon buyers´ request or negotiated in the final price: 1st floor comes with one toilet room and a separate shower room (pending work). Another room can be added next to the bathroom as a future extension.
